Thanks for quickly looking into this. Got 0.19.3, but the issue persists.

Ahh, it is because a sufficient permission is not provided to clipboardy's binary.
Webpack Copy Plugin still does not support preserving permissions... webpack-contrib/copy-webpack-plugin#35
@onedigit It may have been fixed in 0.19.4 Please check it.
