So it can be merged with other sources, e.g. DCAT-AP from https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/dcatap.rdf.

Candidate properties and classes:

http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat#Catalog (the whole list)
dcat:dataset (suproperty of dct:hasPart)
dcat:Distribution
dcat:accessURL, dcat:downloadURL (link to file)
dcterms:format (MIME type)
dcat:byteSize (size of file)
http://open.vocab.org/terms/compressedFileSize (compressed file size)
dcterms:issued (date)
dcterms:description (brief description)
dcat:CatalogRecord (additional level, optional)
PROV Ontology to express relations between files
http://open.vocab.org/terms/hasMD5 for checksum
dcterms:extent with datatype integer for number of records
