A very handy thing in Tailwind typography is the "sandboxing" provided by not-prose, where everything inside that element has the prose styling effectively negated. As far as I can tell, the typography plugin for Windi CSS doesn't provide this. If I'm wrong and there's a way to configure it, please let me know! Otherwise, I feel that providing that would get the plugin much closer to feature parity.
