Integration guide for Flowbite

Hey peeps from Windi CSS,

I write on behalf of the community from Flowbite and over the past few months we had a lot of requests to create a plugin for Windi CSS not just for Tailwind CSS - and one of the community members helped us create one so Flowbite officially works with Windi CSS.

My thought was that I would be willing to write an integration guide as long as I know it would be taken seriously - I'm sure that the community would love to see an open-source component library integration :)
