TPAC breakout session

Should we have a breakout session on TPAC 2023? The breakout sessions will be on Wednesday September 13 from 9:30 to 18:30 CEST (UTC+2).

See more on breakout sessions here. Since the WinterCG meetings are free for anyone to join, not just WinterCG members, the breakout session should probably be as well. This would mean you don't need to register for TPAC to join it.

The deadline for proposing a breakout session is September 3rd. You can find more details, as well as look at the current proposed breakouts, at https://github.com/w3c/tpac2023-breakouts

I wouldn't be able to attend in person but could potentially join remotely for a bit if that is an option.
