'When' filter is broken

Filter 'when' doesn't seem to work on disruptions app.

When I select 'now', it shows disruptions in the future, that haven't started yet 'now'. When I select a specific date when I know there is a disruptions, it shows nothing.

Screen shot was taken on 1 July, but it shows disruption on 13 July, when I click now.

I selected 13 July in a calendar, and nothing shows up

This might be something to do with the data being fed into the app. Will ask Comms team if the dates are being input correctly.

Second issue above (of known dates not showing) now seems to be resolved, but still shows disruptions that shouldn't be included in 'now' filter.
