[mastodon] Toots with media but without media URLs do not clearly have media #177

Note that it's fairly common for a toot with media to include the url of the media (on the original uploading instance) even though the attachment exists independently and potentially could differ due to being on a diff instance than the source I think?

Either way, we need not append the media url if an identical/functioning one is in the toot body already.

Agreed.

I haven't actually decided if adding the media URL is the right thing. When I was initially building this module I realized I needed this but then promptly forgot. What I was planning on doing was adding colorized text such as [2 attached images] or [attached video]. (I don't know how trivial it is to figure out what something is.)

This is even more important now that Mastodon 2.3.0's web interface is dropping media URLs from toots.
