Right now source/_static/js/api-docs-redirect.js redirects release api links to local. We should consider doing the same with beta api links, but we'd have to make sure the installer downloads beta api docs during beta.

This would have worked around this issue (but root cause is old artifact being downloaded by installer): wpilibsuite/allwpilib#6178
