As an API user I'm able to upload multiple plugins in one zip

It would be nice to have the ability to send a zip of the whole Plugins folder, instead of the individual plugins within it. Perhaps in case of bulk upload the response could include API links to each plugin's audit separately instead of a single detailed response.

The ZIP file will contain no other ZIPs within it. The folder structure within the ZIP file will be a plugin/theme per each folder or file at the 1st level; any folders at 2nd+ levels would be components of that plugin/theme from the 1st level directory.

Our bulk response will include single reports for each plugin/theme. We will need a UI for how this could look on the FE, this will map roughly to the bulk API response.
