The Auto-Align feature of the Streaming Integrator Tooling sometimes distorts the diagram

Description:
After creating a somewhat complex Siddhi application via the Design View of Streaming integrator Studio, clicked Edit->Auto-Align.

As a result, the diagram appeared distorted as shown in the attached image, and it was not possible to save the Siddhi application.
