There are some cases when the Lock Mechanism is not needed e.g. running two or more different suites against the same set of patterns in in parallel. In such cases the Lock Mechanism does not allow to run more than two tests or more.
To solve this issue there should be a new flag added that will allow to run tests with no Lock Mechanism.
