core/src/Xpressengine/Storage/UrlMaker.php

해당 클래스에서 getUrl 함수를 통해 url을 반환 할시에 disk의 driver의 종류에 따라 driver가 local인 경우 도메인 경로를 제외한 이미지 경로가 반환되면 될 듯함.
