Help with yarn@2.4.0 in Window 10

Excuse me. I'm using Yarn@2.4.0 in Window 10 Here is my package.json:

Every time I tried to install (using yarn install) or installing another package (yarn install a_package). Yarn always show this error:

Is there anyway to fix this. I really appreciate your help. Sorry if I have put this in a wrong place

That's not an error, it's a warning as evident by Yarn printing Done with warnings and it's totally fine to ignore

But yarn skipped the so it doesn't create node-modules folder:
