Semver predicates in constraints

Currently it would take a lot of code in constraints.pro to prevent developers from installing a package older than, for example, version 2.0.0-beta.5. Having built-in predicates that could be used as follows seems useful.

gen_enforced_dependency(Workspace, 'problematic-dep', null, Type) :-
    workspace_has_dependency(Workspace, 'problematic-dep', Range, Type),
    version_is_compatible(Range, "<2.0.0-beta.5").

I suppose something similar can be achieved with resolutions but, as far as I can tell, they just silently override the ranges in package.json files.
