[Bug?]: Slow startup time on yarn run commands in a monorepo

Describe the bug

It actually sped up a bit finally on subsequent runs, but before the video it was going as slow as the first run you see here every time (~500ms+):

To reproduce

You can clone Tamagui and run yarn build in any of the sub-packages:
