What is the current behavior?
Builds for some PRs are getting stuck and not finishing.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.
See the following PRs with stuck builds:

#7108
#7094
#7042
#7000

They're all stuck here:

continuous-integration/appveyor/pr Expected — Waiting for status to be reported

There's no obvious way forward or link to offer further troubleshooting info.

What is the expected behavior?
Builds should finish, one way or another.

For some reason Appveyor stopped reporting the status. @Daniel15 tried to re-register the build but to no avail.

I think the plan is to eventually switch to Azure Pipeline for everything, so that we get a more unified
and stable infra - it's actually what we're working to do on the v2 repository right now. Some similar effort would have to be made on this one.

Okay, thanks for the update! Is there anything we can do in the meantime? Or just wait until the switch is complete?

You should be able to click on the AppVeyor build and check the status on their site.
