Improvement Request update to python 3.12 for better performance ( libpython.zip.so)

Request an update to the Python library to 3.12 as it has many improvements regarding the python and it would increase the performance of the application and as we are updating this we should also update the FFmeg library to to support the latest video downloads according to YTDLP

kindly update it or share the method of updating the libs correctly so we can follow that ourselves of you are unavailable
