[Improvement] Need a way to whitelist some files

This tool is already perfect to host my private maven repo. This is just an improvement request to to whitelist some files from the authentication process since I want to make them public.

@ralphilius I'm sorry this bug is still not fixed. We didn't have enough funds/time to work on the project.
