I added yeoman_test as an environment variable in order to disable Insight or Update Notifier as advised here: https://yeoman.io/learning/faq.html#disable-notifier, but when I run yo it still asks "May we anonymously report usage statistics to improve the tool over time?".
yo --version
3.1.1
