Add Ability to Change Workspace Name

What would you like to be added:
Currently, there is no functionality to change the name of a Workspace once it has been created. It would be beneficial to users to have the ability to rename Workspaces as needed.

Why is this needed:
Allow users to easily update Workspace names to better suit their needs or reflect changes in the project. This feature would enhance user experience and flexibility within the platform.
