Add feature to delete Workspaces

What would you like to be added:
Currently, there is no option available to delete Workspaces once they are created. It would be beneficial to provide users with the ability to delete Workspaces when no longer needed.

Why is this needed:
Adding the ability to delete Workspaces is essential for improving user experience and allowing users to maintain a clean and organized workspace environment. This feature will provide more control and flexibility to users in managing their Workspaces.
