Add User Removal and Departure Functionality Within Workspace

What would you like to be added:
Currently, there is a need to introduce the ability to remove users from a workspace as well as allow users to voluntarily leave the workspace.

It would be beneficial to have the following:

• User removal functionality for workspace administrators
• User departure functionality for individual users

Prior to implementation, a policy discussion on capabilities according to permissions is required for effective execution.

Why is this needed:
Enhancing user management within workspaces will provide a more comprehensive system for workspace organization and administration.
