Add Document Deletion Functionality to Workspace

What would you like to be added:
Currently, there is no functionality to delete documents within the Workspace. It is essential to introduce a feature that allows users to delete documents. Additionally, it would be beneficial to implement a feature that moves deleted documents to a "Recycle Bin" or similar location, enabling users to restore them if needed.

Why is this needed:
The ability to delete documents is a fundamental feature that enhances user control and organization within the Workspace. Providing a mechanism to move deleted documents to a separate area for potential restoration adds flexibility and usability to the platform.
