Currently, there is no feature in place for managing templates when creating documents. It would be beneficial to introduce a template management feature that allows users to select and apply templates to their documents. This feature would provide users with predefined document structures and layouts to choose from, streamlining the document creation process.

Why is this needed:
Adding a template management feature would enhance the user experience by improving efficiency and consistency in document creation.
