Re-add the revision feature to the dashboard

Tooltips are helpful to show additional information like actor, message, and time.

But I think there is no viewing history feature after #88

We have the API to implement revision or history feature, but we hid it on the dashboard when we applied the new design. It seems like we need to change this issue to re-add the revision feature to the dashboard.
