Description:
With the recent introduction of support for NCP NKS in Yorkie (refer to: NCP NKS PR), it is recommended to include an NCP NKS Installation Tutorial in the documentation. This tutorial would be akin to the existing AWS EKS Installation Guide available on the Self-hosted Server Page.

Why:
To provide users with clear, step-by-step instructions on setting up Yorkie on NCP NKS, similar to the resources readily available for AWS EKS. This addition would enhance the user experience and make it easier for individuals interested in utilizing NCP NKS with Yorkie to get started.
