Integrate Yorkie UI PoC into CodePair project for testing

Description:

We are currently developing a new CodePair project with additional features such as Workspace and AI Assistant integrated into the existing collaborative Markdown editor.
We are currently using Material UI (mui) for the project since we are unsure when the Yorkie UI PoC will be available.
To better understand the feasibility and functionality of the Yorkie UI PoC, we would like to integrate it into the CodePair project and perform testing before considering its implementation in the Yorkie PaaS dashboard or website.

Why:

By integrating the Yorkie UI PoC into the CodePair project, we can evaluate its performance and capabilities in a real-world testing environment. This will help us make informed decisions about its potential integration into our other projects.
