At another Website, the same call with yt-dlp does work :

I did try :
yt-dlp --postprocessor-args "Merger:-copyts" -o "%(title)s.%(ext)s" "https://www.ardmediathek.de/br/live/Y3JpZDovL2JyLmRlL0xpdmVzdHJlYW0tQlItU8O8ZA"

but with the same not synchronized result.
