Lambda 8300, more ROM types found

In the recent years the "zx81.de" team found few Lambda 8300 clones with different ROMs.
Taking aside a very interesting retrofit of the ZX81 ROM which I believe to be a recent customization, I'm focusing on three main ROM types:

• The well known color ROM
• A probably earlier version without color commands (PAPER, INK BORDER)
• A different version on the CAC-3 and NF300 Chinese versions where DATA/READ/RESTORE where added.

The CAC-3 and NF300 ROMS are not identical but very close.

I'm extending the ZX81 subtypes to include those two extra sets.
