Support Docker Machine in the install guide

When following the install guide, if using Docker Machine (via Docker Toolbox), then the instructions don't work because the IP of the prisma server is not localhost:4466 but <IP of machine>:4466. This is not obvious for people not familiar with Docker.

Describe the solution you'd like
The guide could have paragraph warning users of Docker Machine that they need to replace localhost by their Docker Machine IP, which can be found using docker-machine ip. Careful the wording though, beginners don't know what Docker Machine is, what they install is called Docker Toolbox. Maybe something like: "if you've installed Docker Toolbox instead of Docker Desktop, run docker-machine ip in a Docker Toolbox prompt and replace "localhost" in the following instructions by the result the command".
