Add pageUrl, jsUrl, swfUrl to the ZeroClipboard.state() items

I would like to add "pageUrl", "jsUrl", and "swfUrl" to the ZeroClipboard.state() items to help quickly analyze issues stemming from URL or domain-based security restrictions.

The "pageUrl" and "jsUrl" values should be captured at the time the script initially loads. The "swfUrl" value must be captured at runtime when ZeroClipboard.state() is invoked since that is user configurable. It can be extrapolated from ZeroClipboard.config().swfPath.

P.S. When providing the ZeroClipboard.state() information for issue reporting, users can choose to alter the URL domains and/or paths as long as they do so consistently and accurately across all 3 values.
