在测试时，作业/竞赛设为私有且添加了用户id进入名单，但是用户还是需要输入密码才可以进入，第一次输完后，后续就不再需要输入密码，请问这是正常的逻辑吗？还是一个bug？ #1022

如果创建比赛时，这个用户已经登录了，那么他无法获得新增加的权限，需要注销后重新登录一次。
