集成了Moodle后，服务器换位置和IP后，Moodle链接不是保持之前的IP了 #952

描述问题
根据官方文档集成Moodle后，服务器换局域网和IP后，OJ可以正常访问，Moodle跳转后，还是原来的IP，但是那个Ip在新位置是无效IP了
