Load an SRT file from a URL

How could I load an SRT file from a URL instead of asking user to open with file picker?

This is simple, but a lot of code needs to be changed, but the subpayer doesn't need this feature at present

I too would be interested in this. may take a look at doing that in a fork, as well as play video from youtube url.
