Please consider adding android support so the people that want to port their game to android will not end up using a different ecosystem

Many of the libs should already work on Android. If you have a problem with any particular lib in your Android project, please open an issue for it.

I'd like to officially support Android (and iOS) more broadly but it might take some time.

Honestly I haven't tried it yet but I assumed it doesn't work on android because of the readme, once I start an Android project I will try
