Links for Sonatype, Javadoc Badge seems to be broken

When I checked the Maven Central Repository of ZIO, there were some weird postfix(1.0) with the project name. That's different from other projects in the repo.

I'm not sure, but I assume that the link generation process itself isn't the problem but something went wrong when releasing the repo with Sonatype. The thing is that this problem is not occuring with zio-sbt-githubactions subproject.

I don't think this is critical issue, but just wanted to know what's going on.
