feature request: routing type: ExternalName services

nghttpx as of v0.54.1 does not recognize type: ExternalName services which has no EndPoints in createUpstream method.
I would prefer all types of service include ExternalName could be routed like ingress-nginx.

Do you know the last working version of nghttpx with ExternalName?

AFAIK type: ExternalName have never worked with nghttpx Ingress Controller.

On a different note, pair of Service without selector and Endpoint with same name stopped working after v0.45.0(#147).

Thank you. So this is primarily feature request.

As far as I know, Service without selector and Endpoint with the same name is not supported and the fact that it had worked once is just a coincidence.

FYI, #222 adds Services without selectors support.
