Get messages before the specified date.

Add one of the filter or narrow for the date which give the message of the before or after supplied date or timestamp.

Thanks for the suggestion! I think #23995 should address the use case here, but let me know if it wouldn't work for what you'd like to do.

Sorry for the late reply. This implementation requires an api. You don't need Ui now but you can keep it if you need it in future. My suggestion for this implementation is: Whenever we call the api using timestamp then we should get all the messages before that timestamp.
