Bump jsdom and jest in /integration (#2388)

Bumps [jsdom](https://github.com/jsdom/jsdom) and [jest](https://github.com/facebook/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest). These dependencies needed to be updated together.

Removes `jsdom`

Updates `jest` from 24.9.0 to 29.0.3
