  1. Update documentation about initialPage and forcePage 

    I had a strange bug (race condition) when using `initialPage` and `forcePage` together. I worked it out after reading through some issue reports. But I think the docs could be clearer about when to use which.

Thanks, btw, for this really nice project. Been using it in my 3rd project now.
