Purpose

Add selenium status badges to osf.io's readme file.

  • Show the results of the most recent selenium test runs in the ReadMe file
  1. Production (smoke tests)
  2. Nightly Core Functionality Tests
  3. Weekly Regression Tests (full test suite)
