@Mropat Currently, there's only the possibility for the GET operation/method for transcripts (e.g. ensembl), exons (e.g. ensembl), and genes (e.g. ensembl, exac, hgnc, hpo, and mim2genes). Is this issue related to being able to invoke GET from CLI and/or having additional operations, such as POST, PUT, and DELETE? Is there an example on how this could potentially be done? If not, could you be a bit more descriptive?
