There's an issue with the
insertText
method that makes it difficult to insert an object (that is, a new annotation wrapping a single\uFFFC
character) at a position where two annotations meet, such that the new text and annotation ends up between the two existing annotations. That's something we will need to fix, but to sidestep the problem it's easy to just change how we're doing datasets
