use rollup to build files https://www.npmjs.com/package/rollup
see https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/integrating-with-build-tools.html#rollup

built commonJS (cjs)
built ES6 module (esm/mjs)
have a test use cjs ✔️ - and pass ✔️
have a test use mjs ✔️ - and pass ✖️ -- maybe got fixed by tsconfig: default esModuleInterop & allowSyntheticDefaultImports #243
