While trying to apply specific style to a formula (feature added in #1671) and released in
v3.19.0, thepaletteis properly applied but thepalette_indexis not.During the
planphase both are marked as being added/updated, but after apply running a new plan does again want to update thepalette_indexwhile the dashboard is using the wrong index in the application.
