• Depends on EVM: Add tracer service and replay of EVM transactions #2845, EVM: Basic and custom tracer implementations #2873 and EVM: Add caching on tracer service and block tracing pipeline #2875, EVM: Add debug_traceCall RPC #2876
• Better refactor of access list listener to integrate with the new tracing logic. Note that eth_createAccessList logic is unaffected with this PR
• Discontinue of old listener codes entirely
