Release 1.2.1

A quick release amidst my own stress to update the DLL to be able to use VEGAS 19(and beyond)'s new icon. Installation instructions are as usual.

This is just a quick update, but I am paying attention to the Issues' that have feature requests. I am going to implement them! I just need to get a few things out of the way first.

Adds Render % completion progress to Rich Presence. Updates every time Render % updates (Discord might not keep up.)
