Who am I?

I am originally a pharmacist and molecular medicine scientist but shifted my career towards bioinformatics and development and trying to take my first steps in the working field. with:

  • Experience in python, R and datascience.
  • Python packages: pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow and Keras, pytorch, nltk, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, matplotlib, tkinter, threading, multiprocessing and seaborn.
  • Experience in image analysis.
  • Basic knowledge in SQL
  • Shell scripting.
  • Experience in using Java with some app development.

Learnings:

  • Smiplicity and clarity are the best qualities.
  • Enjoy and appreciate simple moments.

Interests:

  • Machine learning.
