0.1.0: Release for the sake of version control

See #136. To aid with version control, besides using https://github.com/camenduru/sd-webui-extension-records to track working version, I should also make releases.

Do note I have not tested anything, so the below values are meant to be safe assumptions. But you can tell me if it does work fine on newer versions.
