Migrate to Nuxt 3

Todo:

• Use workaround from Global server at /api nuxt/nuxt#13852
• Go through https://v3-migration.vuejs.org/
• Fix labels of input controls TInputGroup: variants css overwrites props variantjs/vue#57
• Add that one has to activate Use Take Over Mode instead of TS Plugin vuejs/language-tools#471
• Editor relies on t-table: TTable and TPagination status variantjs/vue#26
• Fix devtools Devtools: In dev mode getting "Devtools inspection is not available because it's in production mode or explicitly disabled by the author" nuxt/framework#2284

Follow-ups:

• Remove patch once Add export specification apollographql/apollo-client#9697 is merged and published.
• Remove patch once feat: show stack-trace of unhandled errors with DEBUG env unjs/nitro#212 is merged and published.
• Reenable config viewer as soon as https://github.com/nuxt/framework/issues/865 is fixed.
• Use virtual list as soon as it supports Vue3: Vue 3 tangbc/vue-virtual-scroll-list#253
• Remove explicit serverHandler config once Global server at /api nuxt/nuxt#13852 is fixed.
• Find alternative to variantjs as it is no longer maintained: 🚨 [Important] project status variantjs/vue#58
• Finish Add nuxt3 + vite support nuxt-modules/storybook#385, relies on allow using vue runtime compiler in built nuxt app nuxt/nuxt#13843 and use https://vitejs.dev/config/#server-proxy to mount storybook server?
  • For global imports: Vite + Storybook 6.3 + Jest: "global is not defined" storybookjs/storybook#15391, maybe fixed by feat(vite): replace global with globalThis nuxt/framework#4958
  • Use future-proof way not using configure: Update standalone-preview to not use deprecated configure storybookjs/storybook#18110
